CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aura Latina, we value your times and ours. To provide the best service for all clients, please review our cancellation policy. 1. Cancellation notice - We require at least 48 hours for all appointments cancellations. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. 2. No-Show Policy - Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice may be charged full service fee. 3. Rescheduling - We understand that life happens! You can reschedule your appointment without penalty if done 48 hours in advance. 4. Late Arrivals - Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client. Full fees may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed. 5. Repeated Cancellations - Clients with frequent last-minute cancellations or no shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
